Everything you need to know about booking tours with us
Is this a private tour or a group tour?
All of our tours are 100% private. This means you will have your own car and driver/guide exclusively for you and your companions, ensuring a personalized and flexible experience.
What should I bring on the tour?
We recommend bringing comfortable walking shoes, sunglasses, sunblock, a camera, and some cash for entrance fees or personal purchases. For temple visits, a sarong is usually required (often provided or available for rent).
Are entrance tickets included in the package price?
Yes, for our all-inclusive packages, all entrance tickets and parking fees are already included. You don't have to worry about extra costs during the trip.
Does the tour include lunch?
Most of our full-day packages include a delicious lunch at a local restaurant with great views. Please check the 'Inclusions' section of your specific package for details.
What time does the tour usually start?
The start time depends on the tour. Sunrise tours usually start at 2:30 AM - 3:30 AM, while regular day tours typically start around 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM. We can adjust the pick-up time to suit your preference.
Are child seats available?
Yes, we can provide baby seats or child seats upon request for a small additional fee. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare it for your vehicle.
